According to the Wisdom Financial APP, Canaan Inc. (CAN.US) will terminate its non-core artificial intelligence semiconductor business unit, as part of its strategic adjustment to focus more on its core businesses, namely Bitcoin mining machine sales, self-mining operations, and consumer mining products. This process is expected to be completed in the coming months. After the complete termination of the artificial intelligence semiconductor business unit, the company expects its operating expenses to significantly decrease.
