Sungsheng Corporation (301002.SZ) plans to establish a holding company, Sungsheng Robotics Transmission, to expand into the high-performance electromechanical products market.

Zhongtong Financial News APP, Songsheng shares (301002.SZ) announced that the company plans to jointly invest 10 million yuan with Chongqing Jinggang Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. ("Chongqing Jinggang Transmission") to establish Shenzhen Songsheng Robot Transmission Technology Co., Ltd., with the company investing 5.5 million yuan in monetary funds, accounting for 55% of the registered capital; Chongqing Jinggang Transmission investing 4.5 million yuan in monetary funds, accounting for 45% of the registered capital.
