Fan Yu will continue to serve as the Chairman and CEO of Ele.me, reporting to Jiang Fan. Nan Tian will continue as the CEO of Fliggy, reporting to Jiang Fan. Ele.me and Fliggy will maintain their corporate management models, with business decisions aligning with the overall goals and strategies of Alibaba's China ecommerce business group.
