Canalys: The popularization of AI PCs and the explosion of demand in second and third-tier cities are expected to drive growth in the Indian PC market by 6% by 2025.

According to the latest research from Canalys (now merged into Omdia) obtained by the Wisdom Finance APP, it is expected that the Indian PC market will grow by 6% in the full year of 2025, with shipments exceeding 15 million units. However, the tablet market will shrink by 8%. Starting from 2026, with the overlapping of device replacement cycles and the advance of AI-ready policies, the overall market growth rate is expected to further accelerate.
