Qiming Star: Chairman Wei Bing resigns

On June 22, Qiming Xingchen announced that the board of directors recently received a written resignation report from the company's chairman, Wei Bing. Due to work adjustments at China Mobile Communications Group Co., Ltd., Wei Bing has applied to resign from the positions of chairman of the board, director, and chairman of the Strategic Committee under the board of directors. After the resignation takes effect, Wei Bing will not hold any other positions in the company. The company held its ninth meeting of the sixth board of directors on June 22, 2025, and approved the resolution "Regarding the appointment of Mr. Yuan Jie as a director of the sixth board of directors," agreeing to nominate Yuan Jie as a candidate for the board of directors with a term consistent with the current term of the board of directors. This resolution still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders meeting for approval.
