On June 21, netizens reported that a woman and a truck were washed away by floodwaters in Bamaoxi Village, Wudaoshui Town, Sangzhi County, Zhangjiajie City. Sangzhi County Wudaoshui Town People's Government issued a notice stating that the relevant departments conducted a search and rescue operation and found a female body in Shuitianba Village, Wudaoshui Town. The public security authorities confirmed on the scene that the deceased person was Yang.
