The Indian Civil Aviation Authority instructed Indian airlines to immediately remove three officials from all positions, including a senior flight operations officer, citing "systemic errors in crew scheduling, compliance monitoring, and internal accountability." At the same time, the civil aviation authority ordered the Indian airline to initiate internal disciplinary proceedings against these officials.
