The Chinese delegation successfully completed the attendance task of the first research group and its working group meeting of the Radio Communication Department of the International Telecommunication Union.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, from June 9th to 19th, the first study group of the Radiocommunication Sector of the International Telecommunication Union and its subsidiary working groups WP1A, WP1B, and WP1C held meetings in Geneva, Switzerland. This meeting was the third meeting of SG1 and its subsidiary working groups within the research cycle of the World Radiocommunication Conference 2027. SG1 is mainly responsible for spectrum management matters, with three working groups on spectrum engineering technology, spectrum management methods and economic strategies, and spectrum monitoring. This meeting focused on hot topics such as visible light communication, wireless charging, spectrum availability assessment, and revision of the spectrum monitoring handbook. Three revision proposals and two report revisions were reviewed and approved. The Chinese delegation submitted 10 manuscripts on topics such as the impact of wireless charging on radio communication services, economic issues in spectrum management, total radiated power field calculation, and revision of the spectrum monitoring handbook. All of these were adopted by the meeting, resulting in multiple output achievements and continuously contributing Chinese strength to international spectrum management work.
