The network video conferencing system can provide users with stable and reliable images and voice, and facilitate real-time data and information exchange, saving costs while greatly improving work efficiency, becoming a widely used office assistant tool in recent years. However, the risk of leaks is also becoming increasingly prominent. Currently, some network video conferencing systems only encrypt communication between users and servers, and there is a situation where the server decrypts and copies data after receiving user data. Once hackers break into the network video conferencing system server, there is a risk of leaking user meeting data. Some network video conferencing systems allow participants to upload files to the cloud by themselves, but do not encrypt or control access to "cloud files." In addition, some video conferencing systems rely solely on password protection for "cloud files," so if the password is leaked or cracked, there is a risk of exposing the meeting content.
