Zhixin Finance News APP, Kolonbo Tai Biotechnology-B (06990.HK) announced that following the approval of the 9th ordinary resolution at the annual shareholders' meeting by the shareholders, the board of directors is pleased to announce: (1) Liu Gexin was re-elected as a non-executive director and was appointed as the chairman of the fourth board of directors at the first board of directors meeting held on June 20, 2025; (2) Liu Sichuan, Lai Degui, Feng Hao, and Zeng Xuebo were re-elected as non-executive directors of the fourth board of directors; (3) Liao Yihong was appointed as a non-executive director of the fourth board of directors; and (4) Zheng Qiang, Tu Wenwei, Jin Jinping, and Li Yuedong were re-elected as independent non-executive directors of the fourth board of directors.
