China Securities Regulatory Commission issues "Regulations on the Classification Evaluation of Securities Companies"

In order to implement the spirit of the Central Financial Work Conference and the requirements of the State Council on strengthening supervision, preventing risks, and promoting the high-quality development of the capital market, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has revised and issued the "Regulations on the Classification and Evaluation of Securities Companies" to optimize the classification evaluation system of securities companies. The revised regulations highlight the promotion of the functional orientation of securities companies, support the differentiated development and specialized operation of small and medium-sized institutions. The China Securities Regulatory Commission is now soliciting public opinions on the revised regulations.
