The total investment of the project is 4.92 billion yuan, with an estimated construction period of 27 months. The financial internal rate of return of the project capital is 8.88%, and the investment payback period is 13.86 years. The project capital shall not be less than 20% of the total investment, and the remaining construction funds will be resolved through bank loans.
