He said that the misalignment of risk pricing and risk premium provides attractive entry points. In this environment, many investors have an exaggerated perception of risk, thereby driving up premiums. "But in reality, the likelihood of these risks materializing is much lower than expected," he pointed out. This marks a shift in which investment in emerging markets is no longer seen as very slow and reluctant.
