The total subscribed capital of the partnership enterprise is 100 million RMB, of which Xielu Partnership subscribed capital of 1 million RMB with own funds, holding 1% of the partnership share, and the company subscribed capital of 40 million RMB with own funds, holding 40.00% of the partnership share.
