The China Securities Regulatory Commission has approved the change of business scope of Citic Securities South China Co., Ltd., reducing the securities underwriting business. The business scope has been changed from "margin financing and securities lending" to "margin financing and securities lending (limited to regions other than Shenzhen City in Guangdong Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Hainan Province, Yunnan Province, and Guizhou Province)".
