Yu Energy Holdings Announcement: The Board of Directors of the company has received a written resignation report from director Mr. Yu Qibo. Due to reaching the statutory retirement age, Mr. Yu Qibo has resigned from the position of director of the 9th Board of Directors and member of the Strategic Committee of the company.
