Yamaton: Intends to provide a guarantee of 5.1 million yuan for its holding subsidiary Benxi Yamaton.

On June 20th, Yarmden announced that the company intends to provide a joint liability guarantee for a comprehensive credit of 10 million RMB applied by its holding subsidiary, Yarmden New Materials Co., Ltd., to the Benxi County Branch of Shengjing Bank Co., Ltd., based on a shareholding ratio of 51%. The guarantee amount is 5.1 million RMB. This guarantee matter has been approved by the 21st meeting of the fifth board of directors of the company and still needs to be reviewed by the shareholders' meeting.
