They plan to collectively reduce their shareholding in the company by no more than 477,900 shares, accounting for 1.00% of the total share capital of the company through centralized competitive bidding within 3 months after the announcement is disclosed for 15 trading days, and by no more than 955,800 shares, accounting for 2.00% of the total share capital of the company through block trading.
