Geely Auto Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, on June 20, 2025, the company, Geely Holdings, GA, GH, Renault and joint venture company entered into a capital contribution agreement and joint venture agreement, whereby GA conditionally agreed to make contributions to the joint venture company in the form of all the issued share capital and cash of its wholly-owned subsidiary in exchange for the common shares, warrants, and convertible preferred shares of the joint venture company, and GH conditionally agreed to make contributions to the joint venture company in the form of all the issued share capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary in exchange for the common shares of the joint venture company. Upon completion, Renault, GA, GH, and one independent third party will respectively hold 73.57%, 21.29%, 5.11%, and 0.03% equity in the joint venture company.
