Intelligence Financial News app reported that Beijing Construction (00925.HK) has announced that it has appointed Wombat Capital Limited (a licensed corporation under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to conduct Type 1 (securities trading) and Type 6 (providing advice on corporate finance) regulated activities) as its independent financial advisor. Wombat Capital has provided advice on the proposal and plan to the independent board of directors, and the appointment has been approved by the independent board of directors in accordance with Rule 2.1 of the Takeover Code.
