Yuyangxia A Announcement: The company plans to acquire 40.49% equity of Blue Era Technology held by Xiaoman Technology for 30.3682 million yuan in cash, and to increase capital of Blue Era Technology by 23.1818 million yuan in cash. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 51% equity of Blue Era Technology, while Yufu Holdings will hold 15% equity. Blue Era Technology will become a subsidiary of the company and be included in the consolidated financial statements. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset restructuring.
