Huawei's Yu Chengdong: Over 8 million developers have surpassed HarmonyOS

At the Huawei Developer Conference 2025 held on June 20, Yu Chengdong, Executive Director and Chairman of the Terminal BG of Huawei, stated that currently, there are over 40 Huawei terminal products equipped with HarmonyOS 2, with over 260 new system functions added. Developers have submitted versions over 270,000 times, and the number of HarmonyOS developers has exceeded 8 million.
