The integration and innovation of the Yangtze River Delta are further deepened through "soft connectivity". The "Electronic Certificate Sharing Application Specification" stipulates the process, scope, interface, and technical requirements of cross-provincial sharing of electronic certificates in the Yangtze River Delta region, as well as application scenarios, to ensure that the process of cross-provincial sharing of electronic certificates is safe and controllable, and that application scenarios are legal and compliant, enhancing the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of certificate data. Up to now, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui provinces have collectively accessed Shanghai's certificates over 2.64 million times, while Shanghai has accessed certificates from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui provinces over 3.97 million times, effectively enhancing the government's ability to serve the people and enterprises.
