At the 2025 offshore wind power conference held in Dalian, Liaoning today (20th), it was learned that China's wind power installed capacity has been growing rapidly this year, with wind power generation accounting for over 12%. The conference released the "Global Offshore Wind Power Market Outlook" and "Global Wind Energy Report", which indicate that by 2030, the global offshore wind power installed capacity is expected to exceed 230GW, with China's deep-sea projects becoming a core growth point for international cooperation. Data shows that as of April, China's cumulative grid-connected wind power installed capacity has reached 15.5%. In the first four months of this year, China's wind power generation reached 3814.3 billion kWh, accounting for 12.78% of total electricity generation. With the rapid growth of wind power installed capacity, the cost of wind power will continue to decrease.
