Recently, Kuaishou (01024.HK) launched a new end-to-end generative recommendation system OneRec, achieving a dual breakthrough in effectiveness and cost. The system reconstructs the traditional recommendation architecture using large model technology, effectively increasing computational efficiency by 10 times, with a utilization rate of computing power reaching 23.7% and 28.8%. The operating cost is only 10.6% of the traditional solution. OneRec has been fully launched on the Kuaishou App and Lite App, handling approximately 25% of QPS (queries per second), with significantly increased user engagement and lifetime. OneRec marks the beginning of a new stage in recommendation system development, known as the "end-to-end generative awakening."
