Hunan province has upgraded its flood prevention emergency response to level three.

The Emergency Committee of Hunan Province issued a notice on the evening of June 19, deciding to raise the flood control emergency response level from level four to level three starting from 9:00 PM on June 19. Zhangjiajie, Changde, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, and Huaihua are the current key areas for flood control and disaster relief.
