Recently, at the 2025 Shanghai World Mobile Communications Congress, Shanghai Tekin, a manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicle control systems, launched the world's first TDOA-based ground station low-altitude perception device and joined forces with operators to explore a multimodal fusion low-altitude safety supervision system based on 5G-A + TDOA. Jiang Huajing, Chairman of Shanghai Tekin, introduced that the device is a low-altitude UAV perception base station, suitable for the construction of urban-level low-altitude safety management networks, and can meet the needs of low-altitude flight order protection, protection of important facilities, and other requirements.
