The Mergers and Acquisitions Review Committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange has released the results of its 7th review meeting in 2025, stating that Guoxin Securities meets the restructuring conditions and information disclosure requirements. According to public information, Guoxin Securities plans to purchase 96.08% of Wanhe Securities by issuing A-shares, with a transaction price of 5.192 billion yuan.
