The National Development and Reform Commission promotes the issuance of the first batch of data center infrastructure REITs.

Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission recommended the registration of two infrastructure Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) projects - the Runze Technology Data Center Project and the Wanguo Data Center Project, approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. These two projects are the first batch of data center asset projects and are also privately funded projects. The successful issuance and listing of these projects will help deepen the innovation of investment and financing mechanisms in the field of new infrastructure, better promote the development of the digital economy and artificial intelligence industry, and facilitate the expansion of financing channels for private enterprises, further boosting confidence in private investment.
