On June 19, Airbus announced on its official WeChat account that Hainan Airlines Holding Co., Ltd. had received its first A321neo aircraft in Hamburg, Germany, becoming the newest customer to operate this single-aisle aircraft. As of the end of May 2025, Hainan Airlines operated a total of 27 A330 series aircraft and 8 A320neo aircraft.
