The adjustment right to the issue size has been exercised, based on this, the company will issue and distribute an additional 54.0495 million shares at the issue price, accounting for approximately 15.0% of the total initial offer shares available for subscription globally. The company expects to announce details of the enthusiasm level of international sales, the application level of the Hong Kong public offering, the allocation basis of Hong Kong issue shares, and the results of the Hong Kong public offering on June 20, 2025. Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional by 8:00 am on June 23, 2025, it is expected that H shares will commence trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong at 9:00 am on June 23, 2025.
