Intellifinance APP news, China National Building Materials (001212.SZ) announced that on June 19, 2025, Xingkong Technology signed an agreement with Hainan Yuminghua Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hainan Yuminghua") and Mr. Zhou Jun to waive their voting rights corresponding to the shares held within the agreed period in the "Agreement on Waiver of Voting Rights and Stability of Control Rights". After the agreement takes effect, Xingkong Technology will hold 23.35% of the company's voting rights, while Mr. Zhou Jun and his concerted parties will hold 15.11% of the company's voting rights. Xingkong Technology will become the controlling shareholder of the company, and Mr. He Rongming will become the actual controller of the company.
