Huatai Securities (06886.HK): Huatai International provided guarantee for the issuance of HK$390 million medium-term notes by Huatai International Finance.

Wisdom Financial News APP, Huatai Securities (06886.HK) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary, Huatai International Financial Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai International"),'s subsidiary, Huatai International Finance Limited, established a medium-term note program with a total principal amount of up to 3 billion US dollars (or equivalent in other currencies) on October 27, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "MTN Program"). The MTN Program is guaranteed by Huatai International (hereinafter referred to as "this guarantee"). On June 19, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued a medium-term note under the aforementioned MTN Program, with an issuance amount of 390 million Hong Kong dollars. Converted at the exchange rate of 1 Hong Kong dollar to 0.9164 yuan on May 30, 2025, the total guarantee amount is 357 million yuan.
