Translated to China Everbright Holdings (00165) announced on June 19, 2025, that Guangdong Limited Partner (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), Xiamen Jushenglong, Xiamen Torch Group, Xiang'an Venture Capital, and Nanfang Central Secretariat (each as a limited partner) and Guangdong General Partner (a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company) and Xiamen Torch Venture Capital (each as a general partner) entered into a limited partnership agreement to establish a limited partnership enterprise. According to the limited partnership agreement, Guangdong Limited Partner and Guangdong General Partner undertook to contribute RMB 5.9 billion and RMB 10 million respectively to the limited partnership enterprise, accounting for 29.5% and 0.5% of the total subscribed capital of the limited partnership enterprise, respectively.
