Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601.HK) and Jiangxi Jinbolai Resource Recycling New Technology have entered into a financing lease agreement.

The Zhixun Finance and Economics APP reports that Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601.HK) has announced that on June 19, 2025, the company, as the lessor, entered into a financing lease agreement with the lessee (Jiangxi Jinbolalai Resource Recycling New Technology Co., Ltd.). According to the agreement, the lessor will purchase the lessee's own leasing assets for a transfer price of 65 million yuan; and the lessor will lease the assets back to the lessee for a lease term of 60 months, with a total lease payment of approximately 77.4007 million yuan.
