Reporters learned from the Hunan Province Hydrological and Water Resources Survey Center that due to continuous rainfall, the water level at the Zhangjiajie Station on the Li River in Hunan Province reached 163.02 meters at 13:55 on the 19th, reaching the criteria for flood designation. According to the "Flood Designation Regulations for Major Rivers and Lakes in Hunan Province," the first designated flood of the Li River in 2025 has formed, making it the first designated flood in Hunan this year. The Hunan Province Hydrological and Water Resources Survey Center issued a notice reminding relevant units along the river and the general public to strengthen prevention measures and take precautions.
