On June 19, according to the news on the website of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong has banned Law Man Wai, the former licensed representative of China International Securities Limited, from re-entering the industry for three years, from June 19, 2025 to June 18, 2028. The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong took the above disciplinary action after conducting an investigation. The investigation found that Law had used accounts held by his elder sister and friends at China International and another brokerage firm to conduct personal transactions.
