Yang Yu, a fund manager at E Fund Management, believes that diversification, globalization, and flexible strategies are the core pathways to deal with low interest rates.
On June 19th, Yang Yu, director of the Investment Committee of YinHua Fund, stated that the decreasing returns of traditional fixed-income assets are forcing investors to expand their investment scope, including high dividend equity assets, alternative assets, and overseas assets. Yang Yu mentioned that in a low interest rate environment, investors can optimize the risk-return ratio through balanced allocation and "dumbbell" strategies. In the long run, diversification, globalization, and flexible strategies are the core pathways to address low interest rates.
