Amazon (AMZN.US) accelerates the construction of Zoox robot taxi factory and challenges Waymo and Tesla.

According to the app Smart Finance, Amazon (AMZN.US) announced on Wednesday that it is preparing to achieve the capacity to produce up to 10,000 self-driving taxis per year at a factory near Silicon Valley, in order to compete with the leaders in the self-driving taxi field Alphabet's (GOOGL.US) Waymo and Tesla (TSLA.US).
