(00553) announced that on June 19, 2025, the board of directors decided to sell the equity held by the company, 27% of the shares of ENC, through public tender on the Shanghai United Property Exchange. The sale of equity will be listed for public tender along with the 22% stake in ENC held by other ENC sellers. After the completion of the sale, the company will no longer hold any equity in ENC.
