According to the Jiangsu Provincial Meteorological Observatory, from the 19th to the 21st, there will be heavy rainfall in the Jianghuai region, and locally there may be extremely heavy rainfall. This round of rainfall will last for a long time, and the local accumulated rainfall will be significant.
