Dai Kangwei has stepped down as the legal representative and chairman, and Zhang Guofu has taken over. The registered capital has increased from approximately 10.8 billion RMB to about 15.06 billion RMB, and several executives have also undergone changes. The company was established in October 2009, with business scope including the production of electric passenger cars, hybrid cars, new energy vehicles, software development, and economic and trade consulting. It is jointly held by Beijing Electronics Holding Co., Ltd., Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Industrial Development Investment Management Co., Ltd., and Beijing State-owned Capital Operation Management Co., Ltd.
