Runjian Corporation establishes new subsidiary with internet gaming business.

According to the QiChaCha app, recently, Hebei Xiong'an Runji Tongchuang Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Liu Rongwu as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: internet gaming services, online cultural operations, internet information services, retail sales of publications, and operation of radio and television programs. The equity penetration information on QiChaCha shows that the company is wholly owned by Runjian Holdings.
