TikTok stated that the head of the public relations company, Zhang, fabricated false information such as "some home appliance companies guiding users to illegally apply for government subsidies in a well-known online platform's live broadcast room," and instructed employees to use accounts such as "New Economy Big Shots" under their company to publish it, causing a bad influence. After investigation by the public security organs, Zhang confessed to the illegal acts, and the public security organs have already imposed administrative penalties on the personnel involved.
