The Ministry of Natural Resources has initiated a level IV response for geological disaster prevention in four provinces.

According to the weather department forecast, in the coming days, Henan, Hubei, Chongqing, Guizhou and other areas will experience heavy rain. The Geological Hazard Technology Guidance Center of the Ministry of Natural Resources predicts that there is a high risk of geological disasters in some areas of Henan, Hubei, Chongqing, and Guizhou. In accordance with the "Work Plan for Response to Geological Disaster Defense" of the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Natural Resources has decided to initiate a Level IV response to geological disaster defense starting at 21:00 on June 18th.
