Wisdom Finance and Economics APP News, Antai Technology (000969.SZ) announced that, in order to better serve the national strategy and actively participate in the research and development of cutting-edge technology and core technology of rare earth permanent magnet materials, the company plans to increase its capital in Hefei Steel Research Institute jointly with the Institute of Steel. The company will contribute 3 million yuan to subscribe for the increased registered capital of Hefei Steel Research Institute, and the registered capital of Hefei Steel Research Institute will increase from 2 million yuan to 5 million yuan after the capital increase. Antai Technology will contribute 500,000 yuan with a shareholding ratio of 10%, and the Institute of Steel will contribute 2.5 million yuan with a shareholding ratio of 50%.
