Zhtng Cijng APP news, Beijing Construction (00925.HK) and the joint offeror Haoming Holdings Limited jointly announced that on June 17, 2025, the offeror requested the board of directors to submit the proposal to the planned shareholders. The proposal is related to privatizing the company in an arranged manner in accordance with Article 99 of the Company Law. The shares held by the controlling shareholder on the record date (including any sale shares acquired by the offeror under the share purchase agreement, if applicable) will not constitute part of the planned shares, nor will they be cancelled.
