In order to maintain good order in the recruitment of civil servants and the recruitment exams of public institutions, and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, recently, Zhejiang Province has seriously dealt with two cases of illegal false advertising by examination training institutions explicitly involving examiners in teaching. According to the "Advertising Law" and other regulations, relevant departments have separately interviewed two companies, ordered them to stop publishing false advertising, and will impose corresponding administrative penalties. Zhejiang Province will further strengthen the daily supervision of examination training institutions and urge them to operate in accordance with the law, regulations, and integrity.
The Provincial Civil Service Bureau and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security solemnly remind that social training institutions are not allowed to improperly hire interview examiners to participate in civil servant recruitment or public institution recruitment exam training. In marketing and promotion, they are not allowed to explicitly or implicitly indicate involvement of civil service authorities, relevant examination institutions, or their staff and examiners in training, and illegal behaviors related to false advertising and disruption of exam order will be seriously dealt with jointly by relevant departments. At the same time, the Provincial Civil Service Bureau and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security will rigorously strengthen the management and supervision of interview examiners in civil servant recruitment and public institution recruitment, strictly prohibiting examiners from participating in commercial exam training or providing interview training services. Once discovered, they will be seriously dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
