On June 16, Beijing signed 222 new homes and 609 second-hand homes.

According to the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on June 16th, Beijing signed contracts for 222 new houses with a total area of 19825.48 square meters, including 118 residential contracts with an area of 17048.4 square meters. Additionally, 704 second-hand houses were signed for with a total area of 601112.54 square meters, including 609 residential contracts with an area of 55036.39 square meters.
