Midea Group (stock code 000333.SZ) plans to repurchase company shares worth 5-10 billion yuan.

The China Fortune Financial APP news, Midea Group (000333.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase some of the A shares issued domestically through centralized bidding trading, in order to lawfully cancel the reduction of registered capital and implement equity incentive plans and/or employee stock ownership plans. The repurchase amount shall not exceed 10 billion yuan, with a minimum of 5 billion yuan. The repurchase period shall not exceed 12 months from the date of approval of the repurchase plan by the shareholders' meeting.
